Aldershot Road Relays - Rushmoor Arena - 23rd Sept 2023
The SEAA 6/4/3 stage relays are back at Aldershot - a much-loved course conveniently close to home, we hope to field a good number of strong teams. This event registration page concerns u20, senior and veteran athletes. Athletes u17 and below are advised to speak to their coach regarding the junior entries.
All runners must be first claim members of their club and registered with England Athletics. Multiple teams in any age group are welcome and we will endeavour to offer a race opportunity to all but ultimately the team manager will make a selection and has the final say.
NB Entry is on-line by Team Managers only so if you would like to take part please register your availability here and speak to your coach and to Steve Oliver who will direct you to the relevant team manager.
Provisional Timetable
13:45 SW 4 x 6km (2 laps) and VW 40+ 3 x 6km (2 laps)
15:30 SM 6 x 6km (2 laps) and VM40+ 4 x 6km (2 laps) and VM55+ 4 x 6km (2 laps)

The Road relays are a great way to kick-start your Autumn/Winter programme competing for WADAC against some top quality athletes representing clubs from all over the south of England. This event is a qualifier for the Road Relay Nationals at Sutton Park on 7th October 2023 so we encourage our faster runners to come forward and make themselves available. The Aldershot course is a great venue, featuring an undulating tarmac course with a variety of forest and parkland sections and many good spectator spaces in the grounds.
It is all great fun and the club pays the entry fees so please do clear your diary and sign up now, we can enter multiple teams if there is appetite. It is however an event we would like to do well in so whilst we will try and accommodate everyone there will be an element of selection for success.
Please note that this event is only open to first claim members. Also although the event is not till 23rd September there is an end August closing date for registrations that your team manager has to adhere to, please register now and don’t delay.
