Session time: 3-4.30 pm Venue: Kings School Dates for Summer Block: June 12th July 3rd, 10th, 17th The sessions will follow the same aims as British Triathlon Skills School: 1. To nurture happy, healthy, and skilled triathletes; 2. Inspire continued engagement with triathlon 3. Develop creative coaches that specialise in fun and developmentally appropriate triathlon sessions; 4. Encourage ‘whole child’ coaching – developing the child and the athletes; 5. Produce better performances at all levels of triathlon. Groups will be split according to age and ability and cover cycling, running and transition skills. Delivered by qualified British Triathlon and British Cycling coaches Cost: £20 for WADAC members (in total). Non-members will need to pay an additional £15 WADAC Triathlon membership for the year.
