Come and join us for the annual Wadac end of summer party.
Open to all members and their families with lots of fun and games for everyone.
The event will take place at the IBM Clubhouse, Hursley, with lots of outdoor and indoor space, between 2pm and 6pm with the barbecue taking place at 4pm.
Some of the club’s awards will be handed out.
Either come with your own picnic or enjoy the lovely barbecue. You must order the barbecue when you buy your ticket as you will not be able to purchase the barbecue food on the day.
Prices are:
Entry only (no food) £2.50 per person or £7.50 per family (up to 6 members)
Entry and Adult Barbecue £9.50 (chicken and burger and hot dog and three different salads)
Entry and U16 Child Barbecue £5.00 (burger or hot dog and salad)
Veggie option is available please indicate when purchasing the ticket. Sorry we can’t cater for other dietary requirements so please bring a picnic.
Hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages available at the bar. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and the event is not open to the public (only members and their families).
