The Simply Health Great South Run (GSR) will be held in Portsmouth on 21st October 2018.

For the past 5 years or so the GSR has played host to the Great Club Challenge where we have enjoyed much success and moreover the event has been a great day out for many WADAC runners. Unfortunately the Great Club Challenge has been discontinued this year but in recognition of our performances over the past years the organisers have granted us a number of club places for this years event, the SimplyHealth GSR2018.

These places are free to members and will be allocated by a balloting process that will be conducted on 3rd September 2018 - that process will give some priority to those athletes who have represented WADAC in the Great Club Challenge over the past few years. The GSR2018 itself will take place on Sunday 21st October 2018.

All first claim members aged 18+ wishing to participate in the draw for these free club places are invited to register their interest BEFORE end 02/09/18 using this registration facility.

Please register enter in only one category from:
- past participant
- other first claim member OVER 18 wishing to take part in
GSR2018
if you are lucky enough to qualify in more than one category be assured the system will spot that and include you in as many ballot hats as you qualify for !

The winners will be notified by email shortly after the draw on 3rd Sept, if you are unlucky In the ballot for club places you may still be able to buy a race place via the Great Run website.
