The ERRA National Mens 6 stage and Ladies 4 stage relay championships will take place on Saturday 8th October 2016. As yet details are a bit sketchy but....
The Ladies race is likely to be in the morning and will involve teams of 4 with each leg a shade under 3 miles. There is no qualification process.
The Mens race is likely to be in the afternoon and will involve teams of 6 with each leg being about 3.6 miles. In order to be invited we have to perform well at the Aldershot relays on 18th Sept. That said we have enough talent to have a reasonable expectation of going to the Nationals again this year.
Please note that this event is only open to first claim members and the club will pay the entry fees. Also although the event is not till 8th October we would like to get the date into your diaries and to have early indications of availability. Please don’t delay registering for this event.
Obviously the National Relay events are of a high standard and we will be selecting our best possible team.....but firstly we need to know which athletes want to take part and are able to make themselves available.
