The Welsh Castles relay is one of the highlights in the WADAC endurance running calendar. A fun-filled 200 mile relay that winds it's way through Wales from Caernarvon Castle in the North to Cardiff Castle in the South. Just being part of the accompanying motorcade of support vehicles is as much fun as the run itself!
The logistics mean that only 65 teams can take part so places in the race are very limited. We have however been lucky enough to be allocated 2 teams in the past and would like to enter 2 teams again this year. In order to do this we need members to show interest and enter via this event registration asap.
NB this event is only open to first claim members of WADAC and we need more than forty runners signed up before end Feb to be able to register 2 teams. Don't delay please register today!
The event entry fee includes a commemorative technical fabric T-shirt, great for wearing at the event itself but also a favourite training top for many folks.
We recognise there will be some athletes who are ultimately unable to make it to the event (through injury etc) so operate a pool system where substitutions and refunds are possible......early registration helps us all and the actual allocation of race legs and sorting the other logistics will take place nearer the time.
