Snr Men National 6-Leg Road Relays - Sutton Park 3rd October 2015 - 13.30 start time (be there 12.30)
WADAC Snr Men have qualified to race at the Nationals !
This is the first time we have been invited to the Nationals since perhaps 2005/6 so a rare opportunity for the club to mix it with the best in the country. There are 6 stages of 5.85km held on tarmac park roads so this is an event that can suit middle distance track stars as well as established "road runners".
We have only a few days in which to register our teams so if you can be available and wish to be considered for the team please don't hesitate to register.
The club will pay the team entry fee so this event is free to the athlete and open to all first claim WADAC male runners who were aged 17 or over on 31st August 2014.
Obviously we want to do well in this event so selection will be directed towards our faster athletes but first of all we need 6 runners who are available, fit and willing, plus a few reserves. Please therefore don't be shy, if your 5k (or parkrun) times are 19mins or better then please do register and let me know you are available for selection.
