Last year our ladies won silver medals at W55 but we'd hope to do even better this year and to field some teams from other categories. If you might be available to run a leg (perhaps in a different age category) then please register your interest via this event registration facility. Teams will be selected to be as competitive as possible but the team managers will also shuffle where possible to try and give everyone a run. Men with an afternoon start may even want to indulge in some ParkRun tourism in the morning before supporting our ladies!
