  ·  Please use the Park & Ride, Bar End Road and NOT the track itself or adjacent highways.

  ·  Refreshment available all evening. Alton Sports Stall.

  ·  Changing facilities are available

  ·  Competition held under UK Athletics Rules

  ·  Results will be available on the day and then posted on the club’s website www.wadac.org.uk and www.thepowerof10.info.

  ·  This is an open meeting time trial event with no medals or prizes.

    Entry Fees £2 per event in advance. £3 on the day. £5 for 3 events in advance. We strongly recommend you enter in advance as we cannot guarantee entry on the night.

  
  Our strong preference is that you enter and pay here online.
  
  Number collection and on the day registration to be no later than 45 minutes before the event.

  Places in the teams will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you really want to do the event then there is no other way to guarantee your entry than to get in now! 
  

  We will need more than forty runners signed up as there are always drop-outs preceding the event. Should you need to withdraw you will receive a full refund (until two weeks prior to the event). In the highly unlikely event that we have more runners than places then you will receive a full refund. 
  

  Note: you must be a first claim WADAC runner.
