OUR MEMEBERSHIP YEAR RUNS FROM 1 APRIL. If you join part way through the year as a new member your annual fee will be automatically reduced to reflect this. If you join during the month of March your membership year will extent automatically for 13 months to the following April.

Seniors
Simply email the membership secretary (Victoria) to express your interest and she will gladly forward your details onto the relevant club coach. Victoria's email address is wadac-membership@live.com.
Juniors PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
due to the huge success of the junior section we now have a waiting list for school years 4, 5, 6 and 7. We have put this in place in order to maintain an effective athlete to coach ratio and to ensure the safety of the children.
We review the situation regularly. anyone wishing to add their name to the waiting list should first send an email as follows:
school year 4 and 5 please email waitinglist@wadac.org.uk
school year 6 and 7 please email waitinglist@wadac.org.uk
School years 8 and above, please email juniors@wadac.org.uk to get confirmation that you are expected before attending any training sessions. Please do not attend without first receiving confirmation, we would rather welcome you than be surprised...

Hardship and special circumstances
WADAC is an inclusive club and will always try to support its members. If there are special circumstances that you wish to be considered when making your membership payment then please email chairman@wadac.org.uk We will endevour to ensure that cost does not become a barrier to membership.
Photography Policy
Whilst WADAC try and ensure that only registered photographers take photos at club events, because of the open nature of athletics, parents should understand and accept that their children may be photographed at the track and other venues. Whilst it is not practical for WADAC to restrict photography at open events or subsequesnt publication any photograph that appears on the WADAC website will be removed if requested.
